Our flight was delayed more than two hours but it did eventually arrive and we are safely home and in bed. Time for some sleep. I have to get up at the ungodly early hour of 8:00AM so I can make it to chemo by 9:30!
I need to remember to check flight status before leaving the house from now on.

ReplyDeleteSorry. You are right. We should have checked on your flight before we left for the airport. I hate sitting around waiting for a plane and I'm sure all you wanted to do was get on that plane and get home.
On a brighter note, Candice and I enjoyed seeing you again and finally meeting Emily and getting to know her. You guys are absolutely perfect for each other. We are glad you both found each other.
Hope your treatment goes Ok today. I know Emily is there with you for her usual support.
I enjoyed the time we had together this weekend. You remain such a positive person despite all. It is good to see how you and Emily are handling this. You are both an inspiration for all.
Take it slow this week. Hopefully it will not be so long tlll we see you both again.
We will continue to Think of you often and will think nothing but "Positive Thoughts" right along with you. Try and take care.

The family loves Emily and feels fortunate to have her as part of the clan. Thanks for taking the time to update your blog. You probably couldn't wait to climb into your own bed again. I hope you slept well. I also hope Squirrely wasn't too upset with your absence and Tucker didn't do too much damage. Good luck today. Maybe the side effects wont be as bad as they were the first time (another thing I’m hoping for). As always, I love you.

I'm soooo happy Emily was loved by all......Of course I could have predicted THAT!!!!! She is the BEST!!!!! You are both so very, very special and you were brought together for a reason and for that I am forever grateful!
Kitties are excited I'm sure and not leaving you guys alone for a minute.
